The Remind...or, the Other Way to Contact You

Hey all -

In preparation for our time physically away from the show, I'd like everyone on a Remind thread.  This will facilitate easier group-wide communication, and enable person-to-person communication on my end (which will hopefully be necessary sooner than later).

There are a couple of steps:

1) If you have a smartphone, download the Remind app from your app vendor of choice.  It is district-approved, and safe to use.  You can get Remind notifications without the app (via text or email) if you prefer, but it's more cumbersome for you.

2) Either text the following code to 81010: @teenwest12

Needless to say, make sure you're checking this blog daily for show information.  We might not post everyday, but you don't want to miss anything.

Info Needed from all Importance Ensemble Members

Hey all -

We are at a phase of the project where various folks involved with the show need up-to-date information from the folks, well, involved with the show.

Please respond ASAP to the following calls for key information:

ACTORS: Please look over your character in the linked Costume Plot, and do two things - 1) Fill in your standard clothing (or 'rack') sizes in the spaces provided under your name; and 2) Please bring any items in your wardrobe that match what is being requested for the show (if your family's willing to have them live on campus for a couple of weeks).  Anything you can bring helps keep the character authentic to you, and to bring costs down for the production.  Please bring in pieces, and give them to Miller (me) by Friday, 10/27

-Costume Plot-

ACTORS/MANAGEMENT/RUN CREW: Please review your schedules for the first two weeks post-Thanksgiving with your people at home.  Below I will list all of the days post-Thanksgiving break in which we might need to move the show.  Please answer the following questions in THIS GOOGLE FORM:

None of these dates are set in stone, nor are they set for specific activities...they are just options to get this amazing show performed. Also, as per the conversation, please only report conflicts you cannot move or skip...no 'it would be nice if I could...', etc.  We have too many moving parts to accommodate all but the most pressing conflicts.  

Please be as open as possible during this challenging moment.

 Hi there, Builders (Designers, Leads, Apprentices, Artisans) -

#1) We will not be building lighting tonight, so that build is canceled.  There won't be a need to reschedule.
