TW10 - Schedule Reminder / Changes

There are some small changes to the schedule as originally published - and even different from our in person conversation on 4/27. This is due to the unforeseen issue of AP exams, which are affecting a large number of people, requiring us to ensure we don't lose time. In advance, thanks for your flexibility.

Below is the rehearsal / show schedule through strike. Please tell your families that release times will be honored as much as possible, but that we request some flexibility (within about 15 minutes) so as to make sure we finish the work that's needed.

Full Cast is called each day. And anything and everything may be worked.

1) Please remember to talk up the show!  We will have poster/postcard art and a ticketing website at the end of next week...but none of this sells tickets like you!  Get folk excited, and you'll have a top-notch audience!

2) Remember also: All Cast/Crew/Management have a Production Fee to take care of to support our production...$100 for Actors/$25 for Crew/Management.  Please either take care of this with the bookkeeper directly, or online through SchoolPay through the below links ASAP (since you're already late):

Unless noted, always come prepared to move and to work barefoot.  

If you see your name but don't have a conflict anymore, please email to correct. If you do not see your name and you had listed a conflict, please email to correct. 

If you miss a rehearsal, you will need to connect with a colleague in the show to catch you up on what happened in terms of the devising / staging. It may also mean that for certain sections you will not be included in the final staging, depending on what and how much was missed. In general, we will do our best to work actors back into the staging when they are absent, but we cannot guarantee this.
