From your first call, until Strike, you're called each and every call on the Production Calendar (see: Callboard). It's a long haul, but this show is totally worth it!!!
Make sure you're keeping well and healthy, getting the sleep, staying in communication with teachers and families, etc. We're looking forward to integrating your work!
Please email me with any questions!

Good morning, all!
It's time to start buying tickets to this amazing show of ours!
Go to https://www.southweststageworks.com/online-ticket-sales.html for your people to get theirs today.
If there's one thing this show has shown us, it's that the only for-sure way of getting our audiences to show up is to be personally asked by a member of the show. Parents/Guardians tend to be a given, but anyone else you know who might come generally need you to put in the work. Our shows this year, Thespian, TP&M, or Mainstage, have gotten little turnout from the cool posters, reader boards, school newsletters, or websites. You know what has worked? Face-to-face asks or direct social media posts. So that you know, the show is budgeted on 20 audience members for each actor, and 10 audience members for each crew member. Can you get there? Challenge yourself!
Beyond the budgeting, you and I both know that it's way more fun to perform for full houses than empty ones...we've had both this year. You have all earned a darned appreciative audience for this hard-fought show!!! Go get one!
Keep up the good work, all...the finish line is in sight (but not that close...we've still got time, lol)!

p.s. Oops...I never hit publish this morning. **facepalm**
Hey all -
Contrary to popular theory, I'm not dead...yet.
As of right now, we will be adhering to the posted schedule on the Production Calendar:
-4/22: 500p-900p...Scenic/Sound Calls. Scenic will be primarily be tasked with installing the seating risers; Sound will primarily be tasked with breaking down the existing sound rig and readying for install on Sunday. Other focused, serious workers welcome to assist even if you're not formally on that crew...minimum hanging back, socializing, or creating obstacles.
-4/23: 300p-800p...Lighting/Sound Calls. Both teams will be working with their Designers to build their rigs during this time. Again, other focused, serious workers welcome to assist...minimum hanging back, socializing, or creating obstacles.
I'll send word out through the Remind (text @sw2socks to 81010 if you're not on the Remind yet) if anything changes, but plan on that this weekend!
See you there.
