Due to many unforeseen challenging regarding lighting and scenic load-in, we are in a difficult position going into tech weekend.
Everything has a solution - and there is no doubt the show will land beautifully, especially given the disciplined and passionate work of our entire company.
BUT...
There will be some potential schedule changes coming up. Mostly, this will mean more time off - not more time at the theatre. And I assure you, nothing will get in the way of Winter Formal... The release time Saturday (3:00p) and call time Sunday (1:00p) remain unchanged.
What is likely to happen is an earlier call on Monday 2/17. Everyone prepare to adjust and be available by 10:00a on Monday (2 hours earlier than the currently scheduled 12:00p call). This may not be necessary, but we need to all be "on hold" for those two hours.
As you know, I am loathe having to change schedules. I will also note, I've been very flexible about conflicts and have offered additional time off when I've been able to. So now, as a company, we need some flexibility from everyone.
I will continue to communicate as clearly as possible about the new plans as they become clearer so that you and your families are fully in the loop.
