TODAY! W 2/13



SCHEDULE - W 2/13

4:30p – 5:45p
Act One Pieces – No Costume – Full Lights / Sound
All will be in their rooms/halls, running their pieces.  Matt will check in with each room to address notes and trouble spots and to answer questions.  At around 5:30p, all will go the library, so Writer’s Blockcan continue to practice the improvised sections. The cast of The Receipts will always travel with MZ so as to clear up any logistics in the individual rooms – and then they may rehearse on their own.

5:45p – 6:00p
Get into Act Two Costumes

6:00p – 7:30p
Act Two Pieces – Full Costume – Full Lights / Sound
All will be in their rooms/halls, running their pieces.  Matt will check-in with each room to address notes and trouble spots and to answer questions.  During this time, the quick change for Starfish, the song for Starfish, and the string work for Welcome to Your Life will all be addressed.  The cast of The Receipts will always travel with MZ so as to clear up any logistics in the individual rooms – and then they may rehearse on their own.

7:30p – 8:15p
(MEET ON MAINSTAGE AT 7:30p) 
Work Act Two Final Round Into Curtain Call…
After a meeting on the mainstage, The Receipts will run their final “room” piece, and then the actors in each room will run their plays, and then The Receipts will run the auditorium piece and we’ll go straight into Curtain Call…

8:15p – 9:45p
Work Curtain Call…  
This will include quick change rehearsals.

9:45p – 10:00p
Notes / Thoughts / Breakdown / Release

NOTE:  Call on TH 2/14 will be at 4:00p.  Specific plans for 2/14 will be determined based on today’s rehearsal.  The “go” for the preview will be at 7:00p.  Please alert your families that the show is long, and you will most likely not be done until 10:30p.  I will give notes via the blog, however, so as to get you out as soon as possible.  Call on Friday 2/15 will be 4:30p so we may continue to clean up trouble spots before opening.  We will continue to have food available on both 2/14 and 2/15.
