TW7: Final (we hope!) Plan

I have received a few emails and texts about the latest plan for remaining rehearsals / performances.  Though that was mostly all articulated in the blog post on 2/10, it's easy to understand confusion given our many contingencies.  

So here is where we hope to remain.  Barring some unforeseen issue (please no more!!!!), this is what we are doing!

Note:  The only "hold" left is for the possible extension show on Sunday 2/24.  All other holds have been "released".
